I’m an audience-focused writer and a student-focused teacher. I have a Ph.D. in English Rhetoric and Composition and have a decade of experience teaching college-level writing. I am actively looking for opportunities to apply my skills in a collaborative environment!

My research has covered game studies, genre, and fiction with particular interest in marginalized communities and empowering audiences.

My fiction writing features optimistic but emotionally complex fantasy worlds.
